1. Platform Nature

• The platform offers educational and scientific courses across various fields.
• The platform reserves the right to record courses and make them available to subscribers for future access.
• The platform may replay course content for registered users, including on-demand viewing and certificate issuance.

2. Course Types

• Free courses.
• Paid courses.
• Free attendance courses (with optional paid certificates).

3. Financial Entitlements

• The instructor receives 20% of total revenue from paid courses.
• Or from certificate fees in courses with free attendance.
• Earnings are calculated based on the platform’s approved system.

4. Payment Process

• Payments are not issued immediately after course completion.
• Earnings are scheduled according to platform procedures and transferred when a suitable amount is reached.
• The instructor will be notified once the transfer is processed.

5. Content & Academic Materials

• The instructor must provide structured and reliable educational content.
• Supporting materials (e.g., PDF files or presentations) must be provided.
• The instructor is fully responsible for the submitted content.
• Content must comply with academic standards and ethical guidelines.

6. Application Approval

• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance as an instructor.
• All applications are subject to review and approval by the platform administration.

7. General Terms

• The platform reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.
• Submitting an application constitutes agreement to all the above terms.
